Walk Between the Lines
My name is Martijn, I live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and this is where I post music I like. I'm a biochemist by training, but after flunking my Ph.D., I'm now doing the whole underachieving McJob thing.

I'm editor-in-chief of Dutch music magazine KindaMuzik and sometimes I blog for progressive blog Sargasso. No politics (or anything else for that matter) here though; just music.

You can find me on Last.fm, Facebook and Twitter too.

Oh, and I'm sorry, but I don't have time to listen to or review your band's EP on Bandcamp - there are not enough people who speak Dutch to be able to make a decent living as a music journalist - but I'm sure it's excellent.

Blues Brother Castro - The Currency

When the currencies collapse, we’re gonna find out what you’re worth
Will your pockets still be jingling when you’re lying in the dirt?

Another great track of my favourite album of 2011, Out on the Beach by Amsterdam’s finest, Blues Brother Castro.
