Despite being in IT (which means I don’t interact with external clients), I had to spend 7 hours today in a class learning “How to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service”. It came with a workbook. Yeah, it had blanks in sentences to fill out and acronyms to define along with worksheets asking me to define my personal goals and strategies when working with customers.
I hate this touchy feely shit. I needed a song full of expletives.
